Women floating in a candlelit pool during an evening sound bath

Imagine…

The sky has softened into evening, and the last light is slipping through the trees.

You settle onto the water and feel yourself gently held. The pool moves beneath you in slow, quiet rhythms as the evening air brushes your skin. At the water's edge, the crystal bowls begin to sing. Their tones travel across the surface, ripple through the water, and meet you somewhere deeper than words.

Your breath lengthens.
Your shoulders begin to soften.
The space behind your heart feels a little wider.
The pace you have been carrying gradually loosens its hold.

Around you, other women are resting within their own quiet experience, each of you held within the same circle of sound, water, sky, and shared presence. There is room here to receive. Room to listen. Room to feel what has been waiting beneath the movement of everyday life.

And somewhere between one shimmering note and the next, you may notice something familiar stirring within you—the part of you who remembers how to trust her own rhythms, hear her inner voice, and feel wonder moving through her again.

You take one fuller breath.

You are here.
You are returning.
Your light is still within you.

Draw your cards

Three cards for the woman you are becoming

Turn each card. Nothing to divine, nothing to fix — just three small reminders of what these four days are for.

You may recognize yourself here

The one who remembers what needs to be done

You may be the person others depend on — the one who remembers what needs to be done, anticipates what people need, and keeps life moving through care, commitment, and quiet strength.

You are capable. Thoughtful. Responsible. You care deeply about the people, relationships, and responsibilities entrusted to you.

Over time, you may have noticed:

  • your body remaining braced even during moments of rest;
  • your mind continuing to work long after the day has ended;
  • one responsibility flowing quickly into the next;
  • creativity, pleasure, and curiosity waiting patiently for your attention;
  • a longing for rest that reaches deeper than sleep;
  • a quiet sense of missing the part of yourself who once felt more spacious, intuitive, playful, or alive.
A woman pausing in candlelight during a quiet creative ritual

Your responses make sense in the context of how much you have carried and how long you have remained available to the people and responsibilities around you.

When care flows outward for a long time, the inner voice can become quieter. The body may learn to remain prepared. Rest may become something we postpone until every need has been answered.

Rekindle Your Magic was created for the moment when something within you is ready to be heard again.

Here, you can enter a gentler rhythm, receive meaningful care, and begin listening for your own needs, wisdom, creativity, and vitality.

What becomes possible when you have space to return

Restoration often begins quietly…

  • The breath deepens.
  • The body softens.
  • The mind becomes less crowded.
  • Your own voice becomes easier to hear.

Across the retreat, we will create repeated opportunities for your whole system to experience safety, spaciousness, meaningful connection, and sustained rest.

As the days unfold, you may begin to experience:

  • a calmer, more settled body;
  • greater clarity about what you need and what matters most;
  • renewed trust in your intuition and inner authority;
  • a deeper capacity to receive rest and care;
  • reconnection with creativity, pleasure, and vitality;
  • a more compassionate understanding of the season you are moving through;
  • practical ways to return to steadiness when life becomes demanding again.

You will also have opportunities to recognize how restoration feels within your own body — how your breath changes, how your thoughts move, how your energy responds, and how your inner world opens when it has room.

You may leave with an embodied memory of feeling more present, resourced, and at home within yourself, along with practices that support your continued return.

This is a space for remembering what becomes possible when you have room to receive, rest, and listen inwardly.

The Rekindle Pathway

A gentle journey from constant holding to inner return

Every element of Rekindle Your Magic belongs to a thoughtfully held progression. Across the four days, we will move through arrival, reconnection, restoration, and integration. Each experience creates space for the next, allowing the retreat to unfold with rhythm, spaciousness, and care.

1

Soften & Arrive

Grounding practices, an opening circle, time on the land, and the steady presence of nature and animals support your transition into the retreat. There is space to settle into your room, become familiar with the environment, meet the women gathering with you, and allow yourself to arrive and receive.

2

Remember & Reconnect

As settling deepens, inner listening often becomes easier. Astropsychology, contemplative reflection, forest immersion, somatic awareness, animal connection, and creative expression help you explore your patterns, strengths, transitions, and emerging possibilities with curiosity and compassion.

3

Rekindle & Restore

Yoga Nidra, sound, the Himalayan salt cave, the floating sound bath, gentle movement, creative practices, and sacred ritual support sustained rest, sensory renewal, and embodied integration. Each experience is offered with choice, allowing your own pace and inner wisdom to guide your participation.

4

Integrate & Carry the Flame Forward

Reflection, closing practices, the Chrysalis integration pathway, and practical ways of continuing at home help you gather the insights and resources that feel most meaningful. The retreat journey continues through the ways you breathe, rest, listen, create, relate, and respond to yourself afterward.

A misty forest path leading toward a stone labyrinth

Held Through the Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience Method

Rekindle Your Magic is guided by the Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience Method, Dr. Sally Nazari's integrative approach weaving psychology, nervous-system awareness, contemplative practice, symbolic reflection, creativity, nature, and relational connection.

Within CRRM, the body, mind, story, spirit, relationships, and environment are understood as interconnected dimensions of the whole person. This framework gives the retreat its coherent arc and helps each experience become part of a larger journey of settling, remembering, rekindling, and carrying the flame forward.

Experiences that welcome the whole self

Practices for the body, imagination, and inner life

Across four days, you will be guided through practices that support the body, nervous system, imagination, intuition, creativity, and inner life.

Each experience is offered with spaciousness and choice. You are welcome to participate in the ways that feel supportive for you, allowing the retreat to unfold at a pace your whole system can receive.

Deep Rest & Settling

Here, the body is invited to stop holding. Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, the Himalayan salt cave, and a floating sound bath create repeated opportunities for the body to soften and replenish.

These practices support deeper rest, clearer awareness, and a renewed sense of vitality.

Star-Guided Reflection

Astropsychology offers a symbolic language for exploring your present season, inner patterns, strengths, and emerging possibilities.

Through guided reflection, you will be invited to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, allowing the wisdom within your own story to become more visible.

Nature & Animal Connection

The land does some of this work for you. Time in the Withlacoochee forest, gentle walking, forest bathing, and the presence of rescued animals support grounding, sensory awareness, and relational connection.

The rhythms of the land create room to breathe more fully, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your own natural pace.

Creative & Ritual Expression

Guided creative experiences offer ways for insight, intention, and inner knowing to take form.

You will create a personalized grounding essential-oil blend, explore clay and natural materials, and gather branches from the forest for a Dream Tree reflecting the qualities and possibilities you are ready to nurture.

A sacred fire ceremony will open our time together through reflection, release, intention, and shared presence beneath the evening sky.

Meaningful Connection

Opening and closing circles, shared meals, and gently facilitated group experiences create a warm relational field throughout the retreat.

There will be opportunities to connect with other thoughtful women while honoring your own rhythms of quiet, privacy, conversation, and rest.

Spacious Time to Simply Be

Unstructured time is woven into each day.

You may rest by the pool, soak in the hot tub, walk the meditation labyrinth, spend time near the animals, journal beneath the trees, or follow what your body and spirit are asking for in the moment.

Rest and integration are essential parts of the retreat journey.

Space Is Part of the Journey

Each day includes intentional time for rest and integration. The schedule offers a supportive rhythm with room for your body, energy, and inner experience to guide you.

You are welcome to participate at your own pace, pause when needed, and allow the retreat to meet you where you are.

  1. Day 1 | Soften & Arrive

    Day One — Thursday, November 12

    Arriving & Crossing the Threshold

    You will arrive at Full Circle Retreats beginning at 3:00 p.m., where the forest, animals, and quiet rhythms of the land will begin welcoming you into a slower pace.

    After settling into your accommodations, we will gather for a grounding practice and opening circle, creating a warm and intentional field for our time together. A nourishing shared dinner will offer space to connect and begin arriving in community.

    As evening settles over the land, we will gather beneath the open sky for a sacred fire ceremony. Through reflection, ritual, and shared presence, you will be invited to acknowledge what you have been carrying and listen for the intentions you wish to bring into the days ahead.

    The first evening offers a threshold: a time to arrive, exhale, and allow yourself to be received.

  2. Day 2 | Remember & Reconnect

    Day Two — Friday, November 13

    Remembering the Inner Spark

    Friday invites deeper connection with your inner landscape.

    Through astropsychology, contemplative reflection, forest immersion, gentle somatic practice, and time with the animals, you will explore the patterns, strengths, qualities, and inner resources seeking greater space in your life.

    Creative experiences will help your reflections take form. You will create a personalized grounding essential-oil blend and begin gathering natural materials for the Dream Tree journey.

    Spacious time will remain available for rest, journaling, quiet conversation, the pool, hot tub, labyrinth, and the simple pleasure of being surrounded by nature.

    As evening arrives, you will be invited into a floating sound bath beneath the open sky. Supported by the water and the resonant vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes, your body can settle into a deeper experience of ease, presence, and connection.

  3. Day 3 | Rekindle & Restore

    Day Three — Saturday, November 14

    Rekindling Through Deep Rest & Renewal

    Saturday forms the restorative heart of the retreat.

    The Himalayan salt cave, gentle movement, creative expression, nature, and contemplative practices create space for deeper settling, replenishment, and integration.

    You will continue the Dream Tree experience, explore clay and natural materials, and listen for the intentions and possibilities taking root within you.

    As the evening grows quiet, you will be guided through an extended Yoga Nidra practice. This deeply restful experience will support the body in softening, the mind in becoming quieter, and the retreat's experiences in settling more fully within you.

    The day holds a nourishing rhythm of stillness, creativity, sensory restoration, and renewed vitality.

  4. Day 4 | Integrate & Carry the Flame Forward

    Day Four — Sunday, November 15

    Integration & Carrying the Flame Forward

    Our final morning will offer space for everything you have experienced to gather into a form you can carry home.

    Through contemplative reflection, your Chrysalis integration pathway, a closing practice, and our final circle, you will identify the insights, resources, and embodied memories that feel most meaningful to you.

    There will be time for a final walk on the land, connection with the animals, quiet conversation, or a few lingering moments beneath the trees.

    Departure is at noon, with a clearer sense of your own rhythm and meaningful ways to continue nurturing what has been rekindled.

A sanctuary woven into forest, water, and living connection

Full Circle Retreats, Inverness, Florida

Rekindle Your Magic takes place at Full Circle Retreats, a peaceful five-acre sanctuary bordering the Withlacoochee State Forest in Inverness, Florida.

The natural world is woven throughout the retreat experience.

Forest paths invite unhurried walking. Rescue horses, goats, chickens, and other animals bring their own steady rhythms to the mini-farm. The meditation labyrinth, Himalayan salt cave, pool, hot tub, fire circle, and open-air gathering spaces offer many ways to rest, reflect, and reconnect throughout your stay.

The environment carries a warm, home-like quality, with communal spaces for gathering and quiet corners where you can follow your own energy.

The Gentle Presence of Animals

Full Circle is home to rescued horses, goats, chickens, and other animals whose presence brings warmth, grounding, and uncomplicated companionship to the retreat.

There will be opportunities for both organic and guided connection, always shaped by your comfort and choice.

You may find yourself pausing near the horses, watching the goats move through the farm, or noticing how your breathing and body respond to the quiet presence of another living being.

Previous participants described animals and nature as deeply soothing. Animal connection received an average rating of 9.5 out of 10, and one guest named learning to relax while surrounded by animals and nature as her favorite part of the retreat.

Nourishing Meals Shared Around the Table

From Thursday evening through Sunday morning, you will be nourished with chef-prepared meals, snacks, coffee, tea, and refreshing beverages.

Meals are shared family-style, creating room for warm conversation, laughter, reflection, and the simple pleasure of gathering around a table together.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice. Previous guests consistently described the food as excellent, healthy, and satisfying.

A Place Where the Body Can Begin to Exhale

There is something quietly restorative about waking near the forest, hearing animals stirring beyond the window, sharing a warm meal, and knowing that the day ahead has been created with care.

The land, gathering spaces, food, and natural rhythms of Full Circle become part of the larger retreat field, supporting welcome, spaciousness, connection, and belonging from the moment you arrive.

Sally Nazari

Licensed Psychologist · Contemplative Guide · Creator of CRRM · Author · Retreat Facilitator

I'm Dr. Sally Nazari, a licensed psychologist, contemplative guide, and creator of the Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience Method.

My work lives at the meeting place of psychology and soul.

I weave nervous-system awareness, contemplative practice, symbolic reflection, creativity, nature, animals, and relational connection into experiences that honor the many dimensions of who we are.

Throughout my work, I have accompanied women who are deeply capable, caring, and outwardly strong while carrying an inner exhaustion that often remains unseen. I have seen it many times. I understand how responsibility can become woven into identity, and how meaningful it can feel to enter a space where you are welcomed into receiving, listening, and reconnecting with your own rhythms.

Rekindle Your Magic grew from that understanding.

Throughout our time together, I will guide you through experiences that support presence, safety, self-trust, meaning, and embodied integration. Each practice is offered with choice, spaciousness, and respect for your own inner wisdom.

My intention is to create a retreat field where you feel welcomed as you are, supported in what is emerging, and gently accompanied as you reconnect with the parts of yourself ready to come forward again.

Lisa Blackwell

My name is Lisa Blackwell. I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Ohio. I've been practicing here in Stark county for 6 years. I've worked with veterans, their families, high risk teenagers, and I've supported those struggling with addiction (inpatient rehab) as well as working in community mental health. I am currently in private practice, where I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and Women who struggle with understanding their negative self-talk and beliefs that lead to feelings of anxiety, stress and self-doubt. I focus on helping clients with personal empowerment through guided self discovery, encouraging their connection to nature, encouraging mindfulness and helping to process trauma/grief. My goal with every client is to develop a profound sense of self, increase resilience and create inclusive communities by living their truth.

When I'm not in session, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dogs, hiking and biking. I am an avid reader with a preference for fantasy stories with strong women leads. My partner and I also enjoy watching scifi and anime. Occasionally my partner even manages to drag me into his gaming world. I love practicing yoga. I am fascinated by crystals and tarot and I'm currently educating myself about essential oils and herbs.

The Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience Method

The retreat is held through the Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience Method, an integrative framework that brings together:

  • psychological insight and nervous-system awareness;
  • embodied and contemplative practice;
  • symbolic and astrological reflection;
  • creativity, ritual, and imagination;
  • nature, animals, and relational connection;
  • integration that continues beyond the retreat.

CRRM understands healing and growth as experiences that unfold through relationship — with the body, story, meaning, spirit, the natural world, and one another.

This framework gives the retreat its coherent arc and helps every experience become part of the larger journey of settling, remembering, rekindling, and carrying the flame forward.

“My mission is to restore the sacred to the psyche, creating spaces where people can gently rediscover themselves amidst the noise of daily life.”

— Dr. Sally Nazari

A Retreat Held With Choice and Care

Every practice is invitational.

You are encouraged to listen to your body, honor your energy, and participate in ways that feel supportive. Rest, quiet, observation, and time away from the group are welcomed within the rhythm of the retreat.

The experience is psychologically informed, trauma-aware, contemplative, and restorative. It is designed to support reflection, regulation, creativity, spiritual exploration, connection, and personal meaning within a warm group setting.
